For Those Who Have Been Baptized
The process looks very similar to the process for those seeking baptism with some exceptions.
1.) After the period of Inquiry, a Rite of Welcome is celebrated and you will be received into the new title “Candidate.”
2.) There is no Rite of Election or Period of Purification and Enlightenment. A Candidate who discerns readiness to be in full communion with the church may be received at any time during the year through a Profession of Faith, Confirmation, and Eucharist.
