In December 2014, Father Shawn, in collaboration with the team of volunteer Pastoral Plan writers, submitted a Pastoral Plan to the Cardinal. In January, the leadership of the Office for Pastoral Planning returned feedback to the Catholic Community of Billerica on our plan.
